Job Title: Direct Sales Representative and Direct Sales Manager – Point of Sale (POS) Solutions & Credit Card Sales
Location: Lynnwood, Seattle, WA (However, candidates living in Tacoma/Federal Way may work remotely)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Base Salary + Bonus + Residual
Residual* – A structure where, once you bring in a customer, you continue to earn revenue as long as they keep using the service.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking an energetic, results-driven Direct Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive sales of our high-quality POS machines and software. As part of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with new clients, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads to build a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients (virtually or in person)
- Understand customer needs and offer customized POS solutions that meet their requirements
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure smooth onboarding and installation
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or POS industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Point of Sale systems or retail technology
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and effectively close sales
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- English is a MUST but also looking for bilingual, mainly Korean, but also Chinese and Spanish
