M&A Intern

The Strategy, AI and M&A Intern will be responsible for supporting various strategy, acquisition and integration activities for DexKo’s global strategy and M&A group.

More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following:

1. Research

• Create and update target company profiles 
• Maintain target cloud-based database
• Research and analyze new strategic growth opportunities and markets

1. Due Diligence and Integration

• Support active acquisitions or divestitures via project management and information request tracking
• Create and update due diligence summary materials for executive management
• Support planned and ongoing integration efforts for acquired companies

1. Reports/Ad Hoc Analyses

• Provide target-specific analyses for active acquisitions
• Provide industry segment, product and/or company-specific analyses
• Generally, support DexKo’ s M&A function through various projects

1. AI Strategy Support
   • Support implementation of DexKo’s AI strategy
   • Assist in AI project execution and deployment
   • Build and test AI solutions for business, strategy and M&A use cases
