Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in keeping the Three Chimneys’ office running smoothly, working daily with the Owners, Officers, and Managers of the farm to perform a wide range of administrative duties including:
- Reception duties including answering the phone, greeting guests, etc.
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties for the Owners, Officers, and Managers
- Coordinate the travel and accommodations for Owners and Officers
- Client correspondence
- Apparel and events – internal and external
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Information Management – gather, collate and distribute information
- Drafting, proofing and editing of correspondences and documents
- Coordinate annual Summer Picnic and Christmas Party
