Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant (Short‑Term Project – Paid Opportunity)

Phoenix Investors is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting team on a paid, short‑term project basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a fast‑paced commercial real estate organization while working directly with accounting professionals.

The engagement is expected to last 1–3 months and will begin immediately.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the accounting team with Triple Net (NNN) reconciliations
  • Assist in the utility billback process
  • Help organize and maintain digitally filed accounting documents
  • Contribute to time‑sensitive projects critical to monthly and quarterly reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability
  • Interest in accounting, finance, or real estate operations
