As a BCaBA, you will play an important role in supporting treatment implementation, guiding direct therapy staff, and helping clients make meaningful progress across important areas of development.

A Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is a certified clinician who provides behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will assist with the implementation and oversight of individualized treatment plans, support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collect and review clinical data, and help ensure services are carried out with consistency and quality. BCaBAs work closely with families, supervisors, and clinical staff to support skill development and behavior reduction in areas such as communication, social interaction, behavior, daily living, and independence.

Here are some duties you can expect to find in an BCaBA position:

• Provide direct and indirect ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Assist with the implementation of individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect, review, and summarize client data to support clinical decision-making.
• Train, support, and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Assist the supervising BCBA with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming.
• Monitor treatment integrity and help ensure therapy sessions are implemented correctly.
• Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers regarding treatment progress, as directed by the clinical team.
• Participate in supervision meetings, team collaboration, and ongoing staff support.
• Maintain accurate documentation, professionalism, and ethical standards in all areas of service.

Requirements for BCaBA Certification

To qualify for this position, you must:

• Hold active BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Be able to work under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and ethical practices.
• Have experience working with children with autism or other developmental needs, preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Be willing to complete background check requirements and any additional employment requirements.

Pay rate: Based on experience and certification, we encourage and support newly certified and recent BCaBA graduates to apply.
