MIssion Summer Internship

Mission Golf Cars is unveiling their internship program for the Summer 2026, we are looking for college students to work in our golf cart retail stores located throughou the state of Texas. The program is designed for the interns to make meaningful contributions and continue to develop their professional skills by providing an environment to work and learn in our retail division. All the interns will have goals and objectives outlined in an individual work plan, which will include working specific events promoting our golf cars. 
Interns will be managed and mentored through a combination of the HR Manager and General Manager of the retail location they are assigned to. We hope this program will allow us to explore new and innovative ideas from the student’s perspective and contribute toward investing in our next generation of workforce participants. We have designed this program for interns to incorporate real world concepts in our business that apply to their coursework or degree program.
The interns will work 4 days a week, 2 of those days will be spent inside our retail location working with our team assisting with the day to day operations, sales, and marketing. The other 2 days will be spent working at different events, festivals, golf scrambles, neighborhood pools, working on building the Dever brand, and promoting our golf cars directly to consumers.
