Instructional Assistant

Part-time math & reading instructional assistant. We are looking for college students and high-school students who are passionate about enhancing students' learning experience. The expected responsibilities include the following:

• Grading: grade worksheets students submit in paper and/or online (minimal computer application literacy required), and record the results for the paper worksheets.
• Early learner support: guide very young age students (mostly 3 to 5 years old) in 1:1 or 1:2 settings, so that they can master the intended learning material.
• Primary instruction support: guide new(er) students through their class, including ensuring the homework exchange and promoting focus, accuracy and efficiency in the learning.
• Other student/parent support: respond ad-hoc questions and needs flexibly and process or escalate adequately.
