Volunteer at Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster

Every kid deserves a great future, and you can be part of it!

The Club provides many opportunities for community members to volunteer their time and talents. We always welcome new volunteers and invite you to share your expertise with our members who are always ready to learn!

Mandatory criminal background checks for those working or volunteering with youth are both a requirement of Pennsylvania and Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Leadership staff and Human Resources review these records on an annual basis for all staff and board members. In addition, criminal background checks are required for any routine volunteer who has direct contact with children. All potential employees and volunteers are also checked against the National Sex Offender Registry.
