• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in the subject area.
• Maintain accurate records of cadet attendance, grades, and progress.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in cadets.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning styles.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and professional development activities.
