About the Role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing business accounts, building and maintaining a Book of Business, driving customer acquisition, and building long-term client relationships. You’ll work directly with business owners and represent a major national brand in a business-to-business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-person, delivering a professional and personalized experience
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts within your assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs
- Provide tailored solutions and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Collaborate with your team to exceed performance goals

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a competitive, driven mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solver with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Background in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus
