We are a boutique recruiting firm that works with high-growth startups and top-tier operators from companies like Stripe, Meta, Google and other leading technology companies. Our work involves identifying and recruiting exceptional talent for some of the most interesting startups in the market.
We operate as a small, high-performing team and are looking for a sharp, curious, and detail-oriented Talent Intelligence Associate to help us identify and map talent across the startup and tech ecosystem.
This is a part-time, flexible role (10–20 hours per week) and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, research-driven, and interested in startups, technology, and talent.
What You’ll Do
This role is focused on talent research and market mapping. You will:
Build target company lists for specific roles (e.g., product managers at Series B fintech companies)
Identify and research candidates from target companies
Map teams and org structures within startups and tech companies
Track talent movement (who is joining, leaving, getting promoted)
Maintain and organize candidate data and talent lists
Write short candidate summaries and research notes
Support recruiters by building long lists of high-potential candidates for searches

Can work independently and follow detailed instructions
Are comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, spreadsheets, and learning new tools
Take pride in being thorough and accurate
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Interest in startups, venture capital, or tech
Experience with research, journalism, consulting, or campus organizations
Experience using LinkedIn, Airtable, LLMs or spreadsheets for research/projects
Compensation
Hourly: $20-35/hour depending on experience
Fully remote with flexible scheduling
Working Style & Requirements
10–20 hours per week
Must be available for team collaboration during core business hours (flexible scheduling otherwise)
Reliable computer, internet connection, and a quiet, professional work environment
