Intern (Accounting)

We are opening our doors to a bright and motivated Intern to join our Accounting Department! We are looking for someone to work both during the school semesters and full time during the summer. This will allow someone to gain great experience during times of audit, monthly closings, quarter end, year end etc. 

You will learn to compile data and gain exposure to accounting process for a well established clothing manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

• Post cash receipts
• Research short pays from customers
• Work on customer portals
• Track and record deliveries to customers
• Distribute invoices for sales review
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Excel
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
