Infusion Center Generalist

Position Summary

Step into a role where your skills support exceptional patient care. As an Infusion Center Generalist, you’ll be a vital part of our care team—coordinating scheduling, performing phlebotomy, and providing essential clerical support. You will help keep our Infusion Center running smoothly by maintaining accurate records, managing inventories, and supporting nursing staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

What You’ll Do

Welcome & Support Patients

  • Serve as the first friendly face our patients meet—greet, guide, and assist guests and families with warmth and professionalism.

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

  • Assemble, maintain, and organize patient records.
  • Provide essential clerical support to nursing and clinical teams.

Assist with Patient Intake

  • Collect insurance and demographic information to support accurate admitting procedures.

Perform Phlebotomy Services

  • Collect blood specimens via skin puncture or venipuncture with precision, skill, and care.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Assistant Certification and/or Previous Phlebotomy Experience
  • A compassionate communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced clinical environment
