Job Description

My Pharmacist on Call is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is an on-site role that requires strong prescription typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
 

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Requirements

  • Must be experienced and trained in PioneerRx pharmacy software
  • Must be able to work physically in the pharmacy (on-site role)
  • Fast and accurate prescription typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to differentiate medication forms (e.g., ointment vs cream)
  • Understanding of extended-release vs immediate-release medications
  • Knowledge of package sizes and correct day supply calculations
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
