Accounting Intern

Position: Accounting Intern (Quickbooks and budgeting focus)

Location: Remote

SimInsights is seeking an Accounting Intern who is highly organized, motivated, and familiar with small business settings. This position is best suited for someone who is interested in a career in accounting, budgeting, bookkeeping, office management roles.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with accounting, budgeting and related tasks on a weekly basis, using Quickbooks.
2. Assist with preparing budgets for various projects, and track expenses.

Qualifications

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or Associate degree) in Business, Accounting, or a related field. 
2. Familiarity with Quickbooks or similar accounting software.
3. Very good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and written & verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and deadlines.
4. Must be a great team player.
