HR Analyst
Supports and assists the HR Manager, Compensation & Reporting in providing analytics and reporting in various areas of HR. Performs duties following established procedures in reporting and compensation.
- Ensures HR data quality within multiple systems through frequent comprehensive audits
- Generates reports and dashboards for HR analysis and corporate reporting
- Conducts analysis of compensation and headcount data
- Calculates quarterly accruals for employee rewards
- Provides support for compensation analysis for offers, promotions, annual salary administration processes, and salary survey submissions
- Administrative tasks related to communicating compensation changes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential knowledge skills and abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Must be highly organized and have great attention to details
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Desired knowledge skills and abilities:
- Intermediate/Advanced in Excel; working knowledge of Power Query is a plus
- Power BI experience
