eCommerce Third-Party Grocery Marketplace Internship
Our Third‑Party Grocery Marketplace Intern will support the day‑to‑day management and optimization of grocery storefronts on third‑party delivery platforms such as Instacart, DoorDash, and Uber Eats. This role provides hands‑on exposure to digital commerce, marketplace operations, promotions, catalog management, and performance analytics within a fast‑growing channel of our grocery business.
IMPACT/WHAT INTERN WILL LEARN/DO:
At Lowes Foods, we are all about disruptive concepts, and the eCommerce team helps to bring those visions to life online. You will have the opportunity to:
· Support product listings and catalog accuracy across marketplace platforms
· Assist with promotion tracking
· Evaluate performance metrics (sales, orders, conversion, fill rates)
· Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams
· Support special projects and marketplace initiatives
PROJECT(S) DESCRIPTION:
Marketplace Performance Deep‑Dive
- Analyze performance across third‑party grocery platforms to identify sales drivers, what causes friction, and where to focus next.
- Once problems are identified, use your time to work with departments to align the digital shelf.
- Help define requirements, ensuring we are bringing the business vision to reality.
Special Projects: Support other projects as directed by eCommerce Manager
You will have the opportunity to:

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related)
- Proficient in excel and google
- Strong analytic skillset: able to analyze data and identify patterns
- Interest in consumer behavior
- Comfortable working with fast‑changing priorities
- Problem‑solving mindset
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
