HR Intern - The Woodlands, TX

WHC Energy Services is seeking a motivated HR Intern in The Woodlands, TX to support our growing workforce across the Power sector. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

Support onboarding and new hire documentation processes

Maintain and update employee records within HR systems

Assist with HR reporting, workforce planning, and organizational tracking

Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
