Physical Therapist Clinic Director

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

The Opportunity:

You'll lead a clinical team using AI Scribe (Athelas), EMR AI Assistant, and Self-Check-In Kiosksthat fundamentally change how physical therapy clinics operate. Your role: develop clinicians, drive clinical outcomes, and build a culture of excellence—all while leveraging technology that handles the busywork.

This isn't a job where you spend time in the back office managing paperwork. Our AI handles that. You spend your time on what matters: patient care, team development, and strategic clinic growth.

Key Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff
  • Drive clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Manage daily clinic operations with support from our technology platform
  • Develop staff through our Clinical and Management Ladder programs
  • Collaborate on service expansion and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and best-practice standards
  • Champion our AI-first culture and ensure team adoption of technology tools
  • Participate in profit-sharing as part of leadership compensation

What We're Looking For:

  • DPT or MSPT degree
  • 2-3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience
  • 1+ year of leadership or management experience (or demonstrated leadership potential)
  • Licensed to practice in NJ
  • Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based practice knowledge
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate staff
  • Comfort with technology and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborative leadership style
  • Vision for how physical therapy should be delivered

Compensation & Leadership Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $110,000-$135,000/year
  • Sign-on Bonus: $5,000-$10,000
