Our EMR AI Assistant handles benefit verification and insurance verification instantly, so you're never blocked by administrative tasks.

The result? Clinicians report recovering 45-60 minutes per 8-hour shift—time they reinvest into patient care, professional growth, or simply maintaining work-life balance.

The Role:

You'll work alongside a collaborative team of clinicians and support staff in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting. You'll see patients, leverage our technology platform to work more efficiently, and contribute to a culture where physical therapy is practiced at the highest level.

We support your clinical growth through our Clinical Ladder program, which recognizes expertise and creates clear advancement pathways based on your skills and ambitions.

What We're Looking For:

• DPT or equivalent licensure
• 1+ years outpatient orthopedic experience (or equivalent)
• Licensed to practice in NJ
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
• Ability to embrace technology as a tool for better patient care

Compensation & Support:

• Salary: $80,000-$102,000/year
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000-$10,000
