This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position, offering performance-based compensation and flexible scheduling. Effort directly equals reward.

What You’ll Do

This role focuses on engaging homeowners in residential neighborhoods, building authentic connections, and creating interest in renewable energy and storage solutions. You’ll educate homeowners on available options, identify qualified interest, and schedule appointments for licensed solar consultants.

As the first point of contact in our sales process, you will:

• Connect with homeowners through networking and door-to-door canvassing
• Collect basic qualifying information
• Set appointments for solar consultants
• If experienced, close deals

Job Details

Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation: 100% Commission-based, uncapped

Earning Potential: Estimated $60,000–$85,000 annually (top performers up to $150,000+)

Schedule:

• Typical 8-hour workdays based on availability

• Must be able to commute to Orange County & Irvine area.
• We meet twice a week at the Irvine office for in person trainings
