Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Summer Laborer to assist with daily operations, including equipment maintenance, customer service, and yard organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the equipment rental industry and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with equipment selection, reservations, and inquiries.

- Service and repair small equipment and other tools

- Operate and maintain rental equipment, ensuring safety and functionality.

- Prepare and execute rental contracts, ensuring accuracy and clear communication of terms, conditions, and equipment details to customers.

- Collaborate with the team to optimize store operations and inventory management.

- Assist in inventory tracking and maintenance.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
