Project Control Specialist - Remediation
General Description: Support division leaders by assisting them from project inception through project completion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create jobs within accounting and folder systems, populate with P&L and LEM documents
· Set up new subcontractors- assemble a list of preferred subs
· Assist the Project Manager with project start-up including PR/PO process and sending prequalification packets to subcontractors
· Issue COI’s, and Notice of Commencement / Request of payment bond
· Assist with form completion, kickoff meetings
· Assist with the development of the pre-mobilization submittals
· Scheduling and communication of updates
· Daily Payroll and equipment utilization entry from work orders/LEM’s
· Daily submittals of P&L to division leaders
· Track company owned equipment and rentals
· Draft correspondence to clients, subcontractors, and vendors on an as needed basis
· Coordinate with Waste Manager the waste profiles and manifests for projects
· Obtain pre-job wage and benefit details to ensure proper payroll on union and prevailing wage projects
· Submission of union manpower and steward reports as necessary on union scale jobs
· Review vendor invoices and credit card reports & assist in approvals
· Coordinate meetings within the division; take and distribute notes
· Support and comply with all components of The Company’s Safety Program (ELKS)
· AP/AR monthly accrual reporting
· Draft client invoices per the contract, submit for review and send out in a timely manner
· Serve as mentor as needed
· Support and comply with all components of the Company’s safety program
· Regular reliable and physical attendance is an essential function of this position

Educational/Certification Requirements:
· Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience 2-5 years
