Marketing Administrative Assistant

PART TIME

T/W/TH 8-5

Onsite Warrenville

 

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events

Maintain and organize marketing materials, files, and databases

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors

Track project timelines and follow up on deadlines

Manage invoices, purchase orders, and budget-related documentation

Support social media and email marketing efforts (e.g., scheduling posts, updating contact lists)

Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences

Handle incoming communications (emails, calls) and respond or route appropriately
