Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Recruiter / HR Manager to support our growing team in all aspects of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-focused, and eager to learn the practical skills of HR management while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Design and coordinate onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires succeed from day one.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates.

• Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate HR records, track HR metrics, and prepare reports as needed.

• Support performance management processes, training, and development initiatives.

 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience: 0–2 years in HR, recruiting, or related field (internships or relevant experience acceptable)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

• Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems)

Certifications / Licenses (if applicable): PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus but not required

 

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience)
