Project Engineers/Analysts (Construction)
Administrative Controls Management, Inc. (ACM) is a veteran-owned, multi-state project and program management consultancy celebrating its 41st year. ACM has five office locations: Ann Arbor, Michigan (headquarters), Detroit, Michigan; Westerville, Ohio; Charlotte, North Carolina; and North Charleston, South Carolina.
We are currently seeking Project Engineers & Analysts. It is expected that all candidates who apply will have either construction experience, or experience in the manufacturing, utility, or oil & gas industries. While we traditionally employ individuals with engineering backgrounds, ACM has and does hire those with business management, education, accounting, and mathematic backgrounds.
Project Engineers and/or Analysts should be experienced in:
- Conducting analysis to identify areas needing improvement for optimal performance;
- Budget management, project finances consolidation and tracking, collaboration with scheduling team, and risk management for the specific site;
- Developing and updating weekly schedules working with owner and contractor superintendents, field engineers, and project managers;
- Evaluating project schedule progress, performance and proactively identify developing problem areas;
- Analyzing critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to project completion and recommend alternative work paths;
- Conducting analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.
Hybrid or remote work is not guaranteed as this is dependent upon client assignment. Required travel to an office location or project site is expected.
Opportunities exist in Charleston, South Carolina, Charlotte, North Carolina; as well as Ann Arbor and Detroit, Michigan. ACM is currently seeking those with at least 2-3 years of work experience or more.
