Summer Camp Chef's Assistant

Camp Watitoh, premier co-ed residential summer camp located in Western Massachusetts, is searching for two Chef's Assistants to assist in daily food preperation for roughly 300 people. The contract for this position runs from May 31st to August 23rd, but we are flexible within reason.

RESPONSIBLITES:

Assist the Executive Chef in the day to day operations of the kitchen
Cook / Prep work using the griddle, portable propane grill, meat slicer, food chopper, 60 qt Hobart
mixer, robot coupe food processor, hand blender, assorted knives, (French, utility and pairing), etc.
Supervise the clean up of kitchen as needed
Assist in food ordering
Banquet/Meeting Preparations
