Process Engineer
We are looking for a qualified individual for an entry to intermediate level process engineer position to work out of our Baton Rouge office. We may consider a hybrid work location for experienced candidates.
Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Process Simulations and H&MB development
- Gathering, trending, and compiling unit operating data
- Developing piping circuits based on process data
- Size and review safety relief valves
- Perform piping hydraulic calculations and line sizing
- Perform process equipment sizing calculations
- Perform instrument sizing calculations
- Assist in P&ID development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering or similar engineering discipline
- Must be able to utilize and understand process simulation software
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- One to three years of industry experience is preferred
