MacDonald Broadcasting is searching for self-motivated, curious, and goal-driven individuals to join our high-performing sales team. We operate five locally owned radio stations that combine the power of broadcast media with the most innovative digital platforms and solutions to help businesses connect with their customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with with local, Mid-Michigan business owners and decision-makers
- Develop custom marketing & advertising campaigns
- Prospect and generate new leads and grow your client base
- Discover client needs, create proposals, make presentations, and maintain strong client relationships that create long-lasting partnerships and help businesses thrive
What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, outgoing, and collaborative team player
- Comfortable initiating conversations with top-level decision-makers
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and solution selling (We don’t just push products)
- Experience developing compelling proposals and achieving monthly sales goals
- Proficient in prospecting, client discovery, campaign creation, and closing
- Knowledge of the local market and a passion for learning about different industries
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

- 10% commission on all sales with a guaranteed base salary
