Camp & Youth Programs Manager

Stonewall Farm is seeking a Camp & Youth Programs Manager to lead our farm- and nature-based youth programming and oversee all aspects of summer camp, school vacation camps, field trips, and birthday parties. This full-time, salaried leadership role supervises a seasonal and year-round team of educators (approximately 20–30 staff), manages summer camp serving 90–125 campers per week ages 4–12, and works closely with the Education team on curriculum development, staff training, licensing compliance, budgeting, safety, grants, and community partnerships. The ideal candidate is an experienced, compassionate educator and people manager who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys hands-on leadership, and is committed to youth development, inclusion, and environmental education. This role requires schedule flexibility, particularly during summer and occasional weekends during the school year.
