2nd Shift Production Manager in Training

Hands on position in our production department working with our production manager. The job involves planning, setting up and running production batches of refrigerant, setting up and running machines to package the refrigerants in both disposable cylinders and refillable deposit cylinders. In coordination with the Production Manager, managing and training other production employees, new hires and summer students. Employee will also help us design and improve our production processes as well assist in developing new technologies we plan on implanting to improve our capabilities. Employee will also be trained in the maintenance and repair of our production equipment. Once trained the employee will transition to run our second shift production. Most of our production processes as well as our production equipment has been designed and built in-house. We will provide all company specific training to the employee. Job candidate does not require prior experience in refrigerant reclamation but a general knowledge of manufacturing, mechanical engineering or HVACR industry and HVACR skills is preferred. Initial salary will be commensurate with experience and education level and is expected to be competitive with other market opportunities.
