Minimum Requirements
Minimum B.A. or B.S. and/or one year of general office experience. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Willingness to learn database applications, web management, Outlook, Office 365, online meeting and event platforms, as well as other systems and applications used at the College. No special training is needed.
Additional Comments Regarding Position
Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with Banner, IBM Cognos, Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams, basic office software suite (word processing, spreadsheets, slide presentations), Social Media (Instagram), marketing basics, and Dropbox and Google Drive.

Supporting the program by providing a welcoming reception to anyone interacting with WGS; helping to schedule appointments; process travel documents; researching and maintaining records; supporting budgeting and expenditures in accordance with state rules; maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment; scheduling classrooms and meeting rooms; maintaining security, organization and safety of WGS spaces; preparing and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed. Working closely with the WGS Director and Associate Director to support their work administering the program, including additional duties as assigned.
