SECOND-GRADE TEACHING POSITION FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR LOCATION: COLDWATER COMMUNITY SCHOOLS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Must possess a current Michigan Elementary Teaching Certificate • ESL Endorsement or experience working with English Learners preferred • Display a strong knowledge of elementary Common Core Math and ELA standards • Communicates effectively with parents • Possess strong, positive leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to work cooperatively with other staff in the school • Possess the ability, and willingness to plan and implement instruction with grade-level teams • Possess the ability to interpret data and plan interventions accordingly • Demonstrate strong organizational skills • Possess knowledge of differentiated instruction practices and strategies • Possess strong classroom management skills
