Spend your summer with Ambia representing SunPower Solar, building elite sales skills in a competitive, high-performance environment. Your job is to start conversations with homeowners and set qualified appointments for our closing team. With 45 offices across the U.S., we’re looking for people with strong work ethic, coachability, and no-quit mentality (sports background is a big plus).
What you’ll do
- Door-to-door outreach to speak with homeowners
- Qualify interest and set confirmed solar consultation appointments
- Follow a proven script + daily coaching to improve fast
Compensation & perks
- Housing provided for the summer
- Performance-based pay with average monthly earnings of $7,000–$8,000 (top performers earn more)

- Available full-time for the summer and willing to travel
