About the Role
Waldorf Garrison is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to support our Wireless campaign in Fort Worth and nearby suburbs.
This hybrid position combines remote office work and team meetings with in-person customer consultations to open new wireless accounts and upgrade existing services.
Personal transportation is required.
This role is ideal for motivated, people-focused professionals who enjoy sales, customer interaction, and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Open new wireless accounts for customers
Upgrade existing accounts and add additional services
Follow up with leads provided by the client
Build and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned territories
Collaborate with team members to increase market sales performance
Attend daily Zoom meetings for training, strategy, and development
Qualifications
Required
1–3 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or people-focused roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Associate degree or higher preferred
Preferred
Wireless, telecom, or retail sales experience
Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
Leadership or training experience
