Program Overview

Messina Glam LLC offers a structured Media and Marketing Internship designed for currently enrolled college students seeking academic credit. The duration ranges from 8 to 20 weeks depending on your institution’s internship requirements.

This internship is available in two formats:

AI Driven Internship Track
Includes structured AI training and AI integrated portfolio development. You will have to graduate an AI course I send you upon acceptance (free course, takes 7-14 daays to complete)

Traditional Non AI Internship Track
Focuses on branding, marketing, content creation, and digital strategy without AI coursework.

Applicants must specify which format they are applying for.

This internship is hands on and execution focused. Interns will gain experience in:

Content creation
Social media management
Posting and scheduling
Community engagement
Website maintenance and updates
Brand voice alignment
Campaign planning

Work directly within the Shopify interface
Learn ecommerce backend operations
Upload products and optimize listings
Assist with website updates and maintenance
Create beauty and lifestyle content
Manage posting and engagement strategy

Primary focus on short form video editing
Edit video footage for Jennifer Messina and associated brand partnerships
TikTok is a major focus
Create, cut, caption, and optimize short form content
Assist with posting, scheduling, and engagement
Support website updates and content refresh

Applicants selecting this track must have video editing experience and provide portfolio samples. Web experience is strongly preferred as we are actively recreating the Jennifer Messina website.
