JOB DESCRIPTION: FYI Street Team Internship

We’re looking for sharp, tech-savvy, and creator-minded FYI Ambassadors to join our Product Expert Team. You’ll be the bridge between our platform and the real-world creators using it—helping new users onboard, master FYI’s tools, and unlock their creative flow. Whether it’s leading demos, engaging with new communities, or creating high-impact FYI Projects, you’ll help bring FYI’s vision to life from the inside out.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:


🧠 New User Onboarding & Support

• Lead in-person and virtual onboarding sessions to walk new users through FYI’s tools and features

• Support creators, teams, and partners in setting up their first projects within the FYI platform

• Gather and share feedback with the product and community teams to improve user experience

• Help create onboarding documentation, templates, and best practices for creators

💡 FYI Expert Project Maker

• Build organized, visually compelling FYI Projects that bring together multimedia formats (files, videos, links, docs) into cohesive hubs

• Create projects for VIPs, partner teams, and clients that highlight FYI’s full creative and collaborative potential

• Work closely with internal FYI teams to ensure Projects represent the brand’s aesthetic and functionality standards

• Develop efficient systems and workflows to produce high-quality Projects quickly and consistently

🎤 Workshops & Events

• Assist in facilitating FYI Labs, demos, and learning sessions online or onsite

• Represent FYI at schools, meetups, festivals, and creator events as a knowledgeable product guide

• Capture insights and feedback from events to share with the internal FYI team

🤝 Culture Connection & Insights

• Stay tapped into the evolving needs of creative users across music, fashion, tech, and media

• Identify new partnership opportunities or community groups where FYI could provide more value

• Be a voice for the next generation of creators—helping shape how FYI grows in culture and product

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable with new technology, AI tools, and digital platforms

• Experience in onboarding, tech education, peer mentorship, or community work

• Passion for creative expression, productivity tools, and innovation

• Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through

• Flexible schedule, including some nights or weekends for key events

SUPPLEMENTAL SKILLS:

• Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush)

• Digital education and storytelling across platforms (Reels, TikToks, Stories)

• Ability to create engaging instructional or feature-based content

• Experience participating in online creative spaces—Discord, Threads, Instagram, or community forums

• Understanding of creative workflows (music, design, media production, etc.)

• Bilingual or multilingual is a plus
