                                              TAX TECHNICIAN I

Under close supervision of the Business Taxes Administrator I, the Tax Technician I performs the less difficult and complex technical work and is responsible for basic compliance and support functions. This includes, but not limited to, directing incoming calls to appropriate staff; processing incoming mail; and controlling external agency information.
