What You’ll Do

• Engage homeowners door-to-door and at community events
• Lead homeowners along their Roadmap to Net-Zero
• Educate residents about heat pumps, rebates, and electrification
• Set qualified appointments with our trusted local electrification partners 
• Represent a trusted, mission-driven clean energy initiative

Who We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, confident communicators
• Self-motivated, coachable, fast learners
• Interested in clean energy and sustainability
• Comfortable working in performance-based roles
• Access to reliable transportation preferred
