Associate Therapist

Texas Family Solutions (TFS) is a compassionate, client-centered counseling practice dedicated to helping and empowering clinicians to succeed, so they can focus on client care.  We are seeking individuals pursuing or who have their Texas State Licensure as an LPC. Preferred candidates have an interest in working in a private practice setting with individuals, couples, and families. Associates at Texas Family Solutions receive supervision from our Licensed Mental Health Professionals. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and is committed to professional growth under supervision. 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and assist with diagnosis and treatment planning.

Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical documentation.

Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed.

Uphold ethical standards, company guidelines and state licensing requirements.

Support clients in their counseling journeys as they develop the necessary skills to achieve their goals.

Provide culturally competent and inclusive care.
