IT Help Desk Intern

The Intern supports the Information Technology team with IT Help Desk support. This internship provides hands-on experience with a enterprise ticketing system, Microsoft O365 administration, and other technologies used in an enterprise environment.

Intern will perform the following under the guidance and direction of the department Manager/Leadership:

  • Triage new Help Desk requests and direct to appropriate IT staff member
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on Help Desk requests as appropriate
  • Document and maintain Help Desk requests and internally created Knowledgebase Articles
  • Support the IT Department by facilitating the flow of information regarding open Help Desk requests
  • Support GRAM’s Core Values.
  • Support Agency, customer and vendor audits as needed.
  • Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
  • Perform all other tasks, projects, and duties as assigned.
