Full or Part Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Join Our Team: Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Whole Child Occupational Therapy is looking for a passionate and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! This role includes providing occupational therapy services to children, in homes, at local schools and in our Windsor clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy interventions tailored to each child's needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, psychologists, case managers) to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate families and school staff on strategies to support children’s independence and well-being

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid California OT license and NBCOT certification
  • Experience working with children (ages 0-3 and/or school-based) preferred—training provided if needed
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of best practices, laws, and regulations in pediatric occupational therapy

Pay: $64.00 - $74.00 per hour
