Position Overview
New team members begin by conducting virtual benefit consultations with warm leads. You’ll receive structured training, daily support, and proven systems to help you succeed quickly. High performers may qualify for leadership development opportunities within 60–90 days.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual benefit consultations with individuals who have requested coverage
Present benefit options in a professional, needs-based manner
Manage a consistent schedule of appointments and follow-ups
Utilize company training systems and sales tools
Maintain high standards of communication and client service
Collaborate with leadership to meet individual and team goals
Develop foundational leadership skills through team involvement and mentorship
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Coachable, driven, and performance-oriented
Interest in leadership and long-term career growth
Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required
