English High School Teacher - South High School

What You’ll Do

Teach assigned high school classes using district curriculum

Plan engaging lessons that meet a variety of learning needs

Build positive relationships with students and create a supportive classroom

Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff

Follow school policies and participate in meetings and professional learning

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in education (completed or in progress)

Kansas teaching license or eligibility to obtain one

Strong communication and classroom management skills

A passion for working with students and growing as an educator
