Internship Summary:
Join our AI-powered HR team to gain real-world experience in recruitment, talent development, and
HR tech tools. Youβll work with senior managers and global teams to support hiring and team
management using smart platforms.

β’ Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
β’ Use AI tools for recruitment, resume review, and talent tracking.
β’ Communicate with candidates and team leads through email and LinkedIn.
β’ Assist with onboarding, HR data management, and intern coordination.
β’ Support reporting and follow-up with country HR teams.
Qualifications:
β’ Studying or graduated in HR, Business, Tech, or related fields.
β’ Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Interest in AI and recruitment technology.
β’ Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
