Registered Nurse/Night's - Birthing Center - Full-time
The Registered Nurse coordinates and administers quality patient and family care that is compassionate, holistic, respectful and value-driven. Has confident communication skills and acts as a patient advocate. The RN utilizes the nursing process to perform assessment of the patient’s physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs; planning, development and implementation of a multi-disciplinary plan of care; and evaluation of the patient’s response to care. Strives to excel in skill performance, personal growth and professional excellence.
Education Required: Graduate of an approved school of nursing, BSN preferred.
Credential/Licensure Required: Is currently licensed or able to become licensed to practice as an RN in Wisconsin; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification required for Birthing Center.
Shift: Working full-time Nights with rotating weekends.
PM shift differential is 10% and Night shift differential is 17% of hourly rate of pay.
