As a Client Services Specialists you will often be the face and voice of our company for many clients. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty – turning first time customers into long-term partners.
The immediate, essential responsibilities of this exciting opportunity are:
- Professionally assist customers via telephone/email/in-person.
- Receive, prepare and distribute samples for testing.
- Possess the skills to become a guru of our LIMS information management system ensuring proper input of sample information.
- Prep sample bottles for pick up or UPS shipment.
- Ensure customer self-serve station is consistently stocked.
- Assist with tracking, ordering, and stocking lab supplies.
Knowledge, skills, education and experience necessary to be successful in this position:
- Possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly adjust priorities and focus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passionate about creating positive working relationships enabling the team to work in tandem to accomplish tasks, resolve problems, and make decisions.
- Curious about science.
- Ability to understand and adhere to all health and safety guidelines and policies.
- 2 years higher education within the sciences preferred.
- 4 years customer service in a fast-paced industry.
- 2 years' experience within a laboratory setting a plus.
Working conditions and environment:
- Enjoy working in our brand-new state of the art laboratory.
- Time will be spent in both our lab office as well as the Laboratory.
- Will often lift 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 35 pounds.
