Summer Camp- Registered Nurse or Equivalent

 

About us

Windsor Mountain Summer Camp is the highest-rated all gender private camp in New Hampshire (under 2 hours from Boston and 4 from NYC!). Our beautiful lakefront setting among the pines of New Hampshire offers the perfect setting for the best New England summer camp experience. We welcome campers ages 7-16 and staff ages 18 and older. 

We seek registered nurses or equivalent for summer 2026. Commitment is as short as 2 week and as long as 8 weeks. Competitive salary, travel allowances, and housing included. 

Nurses are responsible for: 

  • Caring for ill or injured campers and staff members who are admitted to the Health Center
  • Communicating with camp parents regarding medical concerns
  • Sorting and dispensing medication to campers
  • Responding to any emergency that may arise at camp
  •  Maintaining electronic health logs for each camper and staff member
  • Encouraging and promoting a healthy community and accident prevention
  • Helping to maintain policies and procedures to protect against communicable diseases

Job Type: Full-time/ Seasonal 

Salary: competitive salary- $1,000 - $1,300 per week; room and board; camp tuition possible for children

Dates Options:

  • Full Summer: JUNE 18 - AUGUST 20
  • Traditional Sessions: JUNE 28 - JULY 22, JULY 26- AUGUST 20
  • Mini Sessions: JUNE 28 - JULY 12, JULY 12 - JULY 22, JULY 26 - AUGUST 9, AUGUST 9 - AUGUST 20
