Season Begins: March 2026
Position Overview:
Regis Catholic Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Girls Soccer Coach to lead our high school soccer program. The ideal candidate will foster a positive, competitive, and skill-building environment for student-athletes, emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth both on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and conduct all practices, games, and team activities.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance player skills and team performance.
- Promote positive team culture, emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and respect.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, athletic staff, and school administration.
- Oversee equipment, uniforms, and scheduling in coordination with the Athletic Director.
- Ensure compliance with all school, conference, and state athletic regulations.
- Attend professional development opportunities and support the overall athletic program.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience preferred, ideally at the high school or competitive youth level.
- Strong knowledge of soccer strategy, skills, and training techniques.
- Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must meet school and state requirements for coaching and background checks.
