TikTok Marketing Coordinator

We're a NYC-based dog health startup that makes cleaner, better dog health products by combining human-grade ingredients with veterinary research.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok and knows the platform inside and out. You're the type who scrolls TikTok Shop, spots trends before they blow up, and actually understands what makes content convert. The ideal candidate moves fast, is highly organized, and can help us recruit and guide TikTok Shop creators.
What does the role entail?
- TikTok Shop Growth: Recruit, brief, and manage thousands of creators / affiliates on TikTok Shop to drive revenue growth.
- Content Strategy: build and scale a content strategy that converts.
- Trend-to-Commerce: Spot organics trends early and translate them into Shop-ready content.
- The gist is you'd own the TikTok Shops channel (GMV, creators, etc) and focus on scaling it into a meaningful growth channel.
Required Skills
- Strong Understanding of Short Form Content - The 3 Hooks, Formats, Educational/Storytelling Virality/Conversions, etc
- You Have Experience Researching/Ideating/Scripting/Creating Viral Short Form Content
- You Have an A+ Work Ethic
- You are Extremely Organized and Neat
- You are Speedy in Communication - Will Reply in 30 Minutes or Less
